One parking space is included in the $100 condo registration fee.  Additional parking spaces can be acquired at $100.

A security deposit hold will be sent to guest 7 days before check in. This will be released after inspection of the unit, no more than 14 days after checkout. Thank you!

Check in instructions and welcome guide will be emailed a week prior to check-in.

Our condo is child friendly but we do not supply cribs.

I am local and happy to provide recommendations.  Please reach out if you need anything during your stay.

All the necessities to cook in the kitchen.  Our coffee bar has a few items to get you started as well.  

No more than 10 people in the condo at any time.

Community charcoal grills available.  We supply grill tools.

Unfortunately, our condo association does not allow pets.

No smoking including vaping inside the condo or on the balcony.  There are designated smoking areas around the property.

We are Tricia & Eric, originally from Boston and Maine living in CT for 10 years before moving to Marco in 2018. Our son Tyler is an Army Officer and daughter Madison is in Veterinary school. I love the beach, boating and yoga. Eric loves to golf and fish! We have rented properties since 2010 and take pride in clean, stylish properties, responsiveness and service.  We hope you love Marco Island as much as we do!
